MT2k9 SERVER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for account registration and use of the online Metin2 private server MT2k9 (hereinafter referred to as the “Server”).
The Server is operated by:

MT2k9 is an unofficial, private Metin2 server and is not affiliated with Gameforge 4D GmbH or Webzen.
These Terms apply to all users of the Server.
§2. Account Registration
Account registration is voluntary and free of charge.
By registering an account, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and that all provided data is accurate.
An account is assigned to one user only and may not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties.
The Administration reserves the right to block or delete accounts created in violation of these Terms.
§3. Server Usage Rules
It is strictly forbidden to:
• use bots, cheats, hacks, macros, or any unauthorized software,
• exploit bugs or game errors,
• trade accounts or in-game items for real money outside the Server,
• impersonate the Administration,
• insult other players, spam, or publish illegal or offensive content.
The Administration may apply penalties including mute, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
Ignorance of these Terms does not exempt users from responsibility.
§4. Dragon Coins and ItemShop
The Server offers a virtual currency called “Dragon Coins”.
Dragon Coins:
• are digital-only goods,
• have no monetary value outside the Server,
• cannot be exchanged for real currency.
Dragon Coins may only be used within the MT2k9 Server.
Purchasing Dragon Coins is optional and not required to play on the Server.
§5. Payments and Payment Provider (Stripe)
Payments for Dragon Coins are processed via the external payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. or another Stripe entity depending on the user’s location).
The Server Operator does not store or process users’ card payment details.
Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe in accordance with its privacy policy and security standards.
The final charged amount may vary due to currency exchange rates or bank/card provider fees.
§6. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of Dragon Coins, once they have been delivered:
• no refunds are granted,
• no right of withdrawal applies.
Account bans or loss of access to the Server do not entitle the user to any refunds.
§7. Administration Liability
The Administration makes reasonable efforts to ensure stable and proper Server operation.
The Server may be subject to maintenance, updates, or technical interruptions.
The Administration is not liable for:
• temporary unavailability of the Server,
• loss of progress due to failures or updates,
• actions of external payment providers or IT service providers.
These provisions do not limit user rights under mandatory applicable law.
§8. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
Data may be shared only with:
• payment providers (Stripe),
• IT and hosting service providers,
• entities authorized by law.
Personal data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

§9. Amendments
The Administration reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Server constitutes acceptance of the changes.
§10. Final Provisions
These Terms are effective from the date of publication.
Account registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
