When using the Server, the following personal data may be processed:

• game account identifier (login, account ID),
• IP address,
• technical data of the device and browser,
• payment-related data (excluding card details),
• transaction history and activity on the Server.
The Controller does not store payment card details or full financial information of users.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
• providing electronic services (maintaining a game account),
• handling payments and digital purchases,
• processing complaints, refunds, and user inquiries,
• ensuring Server security and preventing abuse,

5. Payment Operator – Stripe
Payments are processed via the payment operator Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. or another entity within the Stripe group).
For payment processing, the following data may be transferred to Stripe:
• transaction amount,
• currency,
• IP address,
• transaction identifier.
Stripe processes data as an independent data controller in accordance with its own privacy policy.
6. Data Recipients
Personal data may be shared with:
• payment operators (Stripe),
• IT and hosting service providers,
• entities authorized under applicable law.
Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Transfer of Data Outside the EU
Personal data may be transferred outside the European Union only to the extent necessary to provide services (e.g. Stripe), with appropriate safeguards in place in accordance with GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
